Pursuant to the relevant provisions under Sch. 2 (Australian Consumer Law) of the Competitions and Consumer Act 2010, customers are entitled to a full refund (including shipping) upon request if the product provided has a major fault. In such an event, please contact us at email@example.com quoting your order number and details of any apparent fault.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Roadhouse/ Roadhouse Australia Pty Ltd. is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer.") We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer.
Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way. Once Roadhouse/ Roadhouse Australia Pty Ltd. is confident that the order is legitimate acceptance of your offer will be subsequently communicated via an email to your nominated address.
