1.0 MAKING AN ORDER ONLINE
Can’t visit us in-store? Shop Roadhouse Australia Online for a huge range of fashion and workwear brands online. Roadhouse Australia Online offers free shipping on orders over $150 Australia-wide, with fast delivery times and a generous 30 day returns policy for online purchases, except for Sale Items which cannot be returned for Exchange or Refund unless faulty.
To order online you need to create an account with us online and become a member of the Roadhouse Australia VIP Club. Your membership details will also ensure delivery to your nominated address and allow us to update you on the status of your online order. All customer details are entirely confidential. As a member of our store, you will be eligible for access to our loyalty program. You will be notified of any upcoming sales events in-store and online and accrue points towards discounts. Access to our loyalty program and newsletter is entirely optional, and your personal details will not be used for unsolicited marketing purposes.
Once registration is complete, peruse our vast range of fashion and workwear items, add them to your cart and complete the checkout process. Roadhouse Australia Online accepts payments through PayPal, credit card, Afterpay and Zipay.

2.0 SUBMITTING ONLINE ORDERS & DELIVERY
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Roadhouse/ Roadhouse Australia Pty Ltd. is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer.") We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer.
Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way. Once Roadhouse/ Roadhouse Australia Pty Ltd. is confident that the order is legitimate acceptance of your offer will be subsequently communicated via an email to your nominated address. An email confirmation will additionally include both a copy of the invoice for your order and tracking details for delivery.
2.1 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this stage we are not shipping internationally.
2.2 PART OF ORDER IS MISSING
If you receive partial delivery of your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com quoting your order number and the missing item. This matter will be then investigated and remedied as soon as possible.
2.3 ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Except for Sale Items which cannot be returned for Exchange or Refund unless faulty. If you wish to return an online full price purchase for an exchange or refund, please download and complete the following returns form. Include this form with the goods and send them to the nominated address therein for processing. Roadhouse Australia online offers a 30 day returns policy on all goods no questions asked.
Pursuant to the relevant provisions under Sch. 2 (Australian Consumer Law) of the Competitions and Consumer Act 2010, customers are entitled to a full refund (including shipping) upon request if the product provided has a major fault. In such an event, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and details of any apparent fault.

If Roadhouse Australia is unable to complete your requested order you will be notified via your nominated email address. In such an event Roadhouse Australia will seek to order the specified goods from our suppliers. If this is not possible, exchange or refund will be organized pursuant to your request.
At Roadhouse Australia we endeavour to accurately represent our goods in our photography. However, due to different colour variations and resolutions of individual computer monitors and phone screens, we cannot guarantee exact colouring to that found on our website. Furthermore, some of our items may be constructed with oily, distressed, vintage, or hand-washed leathers and may vary between pairs.
